Sigurdur Thorsteinsson

For over 27 years, Sigurdur Thorsteinsson has used a multidisciplinary approach and his expertise in brand strategy, industrial & experience design and business development to advise customers of Design Group Italia. He has worked on a wide range of design projects in various sectors including healthcare, consumer market, lighting, food and destinations, for clients such as Blue Lagoon Iceland, Pepsico, ABB, 3M, Unilever and Unicef. Sigurdur has held design conferences around the world at academic institutions including IED, Milan Polytechnic and Iceland Academy of the Arts. He is active in the promotion of design as a driving force for responsible innovation and social development and led the first national Icelandic design policy.
